Shipping Policy
We’re happy to offer flexible shipping options for all orders:
• In-Store Pickup – Always free
• Uber Connect – Available for local orders at customers expense
• Free Shipping – On fine jewelry and orders over $500
• Flat Rate Shipping – Clothing and accessories via USPS, $17
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package is on the way.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our store, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. The Showroom Miami is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and also notify us at cs@theshowroom-miami.com so we can assist where possible.
Order Issues
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@theshowroom-miami.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.
