Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only.
Please note: No credit card refunds will be issued.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
    •    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
    •    Items must: Not be worn, washed, or altered
    •    Have no visible signs of use, including deodorant or cosmetic stains, perfume, or other scents
    •    Have all original tags attached
    •    Include the hygienic liner intact (must not be removed or reattached)
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

FINAL SALE: All sale items and fine jewelry are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return
    1.    Use a trackable shipping service: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
    2.    Include a note inside the package with the following:
    •    Your full name
    •    Order number
    •    The desired size or item for exchange
    3.    Ship your return to:

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include photos of the damage in your email.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
After 1 year, we are unable to accept expired gift cards.
