At just 19 years old, Marilyn opened her first women’s clothing boutique, driven by a passion for fashion and a vision to empower women through style.
1997
Marilyn partnered with her late husband to launch new store concepts, expanding into men’s and children’s fashion boutiques.
1999-2008
The business flourished, leading to the opening of 12 women’s fashion boutiques across Miami, establishing a strong presence in the city’s retail scene.
2016
Marilyn took a bold step forward and opened The Showroom on Commodore Plaza in Coconut Grove — her first solo venture and Miami’s first true lifestyle concept store.

2021
With Miami booming from an influx of New York and Los Angeles transplants, it was time to grow again. The Showroom opened its second location in Coral Gables, on the vibrant Sunset Drive.
