How do I shop at theshowroom-miami.com?
There are several ways to explore our site. You can browse new arrivals on our homepage, navigate through categories using the main menu, or search for specific items using the search bar.

I’m looking for something specific. How can I find it online?
Use the search icon to type in keywords, designer names, item categories, or brand style numbers. This is the fastest way to locate a specific item.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. In fact, some of our brands are only available for purchase by phone. To place a phone order, call us at (305) 418-0749, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM EST. Please have the item details and your billing information ready.
Why are some brands unavailable for purchase online?
Due to brand policies, some of our designers require personal assistance to complete a purchase. For help, please reach out to our team at cs@theshowroom-miami.com.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once your order is placed, your payment is processed immediately and you’ll receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as USPS has scanned your package.
Can I edit my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders after they’ve been submitted. However, if your order was placed recently, we may be able to cancel it. Please email cs@theshowroom-miami.com right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.
How can I find out when an item will be back in stock?
We don’t currently offer automated back-in-stock notifications. However, you’re welcome to email us at cs@theshowroom-miami.com about specific items. You can also follow us on Instagram or join our photo stream to stay updated on new arrivals.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $500. Orders under $500 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $17.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from one of our two boutique locations in Miami. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 1 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are eligible for same-day shipment. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. We do not offer weekend delivery at this time
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes! If you haven’t placed your order yet, call the location closest to you. Our team will confirm if the items you’re interested in are available for in-store purchase or pickup.
Can I send an Uber Courier to pick up my order?
Absolutely. Choose “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, then call the store to let them know you’ll be sending a courier (at your expense) to collect your order.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may return in-store or ship the item back at your expense.
Please note: No credit card refunds will be issued.
How do I know if an item is final sale?
Any discounted item, fine jewelry, or home product is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.
